Fruitcake, At Last Finished
It's funny, but I've been dreaming about making my own fruitcake for some time now. I have always been a closet fan of the stuff, despite public ridicule.For this batch, I modified a recipe I found on the Internet: I used dried cherries, cranberries, and strawberries, with walnuts.
It is WONDERFUL! I'm so proud.

Oh man, I can't wait to try it!
I never cared for the store bought "log", but Carl's grandma used to make a great fruitcake! I am glad yours turned out well.
Oh, and Carl and I, while remaining cool, do from time-to-time quote Monty Python.
